Interview
As a new grad you have to apply under the new grad application. After that someone will call you and ask which hospitals you're interested in working at. After that another few people will call you about what units are available and set up interviews for you at those units. You are asked to meet them near the lobby, They bring you up to the unit for the interview. After the interview many units will give you a tour. They also encourage you to schedule a shadowing opportunity.
Took weeks to finally get an interview with a bunch and back a fourth with recruiter. Kept emailing me and then not responding on the days I said I was available.
Very easy straight forward, they want to know if you are committed to working a schedule and your prior experience and units worked. When they are ready to hire, they are ready to hire turnover rate for nurses is high, so getting a job is very easy
