The process was generic with the manager and one team member conducting the interview. The interview questions are “behavior based” and designed to give an idea of how the candidate would act in various situations.

Describe a time when things didn’t go as planned. What did you do to correct the situation?
Basically they will start of by asking you to describe yourself in a few words. They want to hear good traits that’s pertaining to the position you are applying for. Then have this form that they go by and ask you in their own words and will rate you depending on how you answer these questions.

Hiring manager, then a panel interview with two equal counterparts, the IT program manager, the team lead, a direct report, and a supervisor. Focused on leadership questioning and what if scenarios.
