A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn to fill a *confidential* Recruiter position - we scheduled a quick call to set up a video interview. I understand they have a lot of structure and metrics to adhere by, although, the interview with the recruiter felt more like an interrogation. They said they would get back to me within 2 days and they did give me a call to disposition my candidacy. I like structure, and was excited about the role - but in this sense it felt over the top and came across as rushed, underwhelmed, bothered and just not welcoming. Maybe a little too dry for my liking? I would suggest a little more personality to compliment all of the process.
