Interview
I went through two interviews.
1st stage was with the HR Recruitment personnel.
2nd stage with the reporting manager. That was the one where we talked about the job and about my qualification.

What will you bring to the company that none can bring?
Team interview with 4 people for 1 hour. Quite a few situational questions with focus on relations between peers. Then followed up with how to interact with manager if situation was more extreme.
