Two interview process, they look for personality traits, as well as ability to bounce back from failure, a very important trait for agents to have in a tough business! Not too bad!

Interview
They ask you basic questions. They are not picky, they will basically hire anyone that looks presentable. They have a very high turn over rate, so they always need agents.
