I interviewed at Senior Benefit Services (Saint Louis, MO)
Interview
It was not a super serious interview process it was more trying to get to know you rather than asking you questions that typically get asked about. They had me go through two rounds of interview and expect to have pretty long interviews.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Senior Benefit Services (Columbia, MO) in May 2020
Interview
Very laid back. Don't overthink the process. Walk into the interview with an open mind and a smile. Just have a conversation and be yourself. Don't worry about answering brain busting questions.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Senior Benefit Services (Columbia, MO) in Apr 2015
Interview
Very casual and comfortable. For the first interview I met with their recruiter in a public place and she got to know me over lunch. For the second interview, I met in the office with an agent, who asked me questions about why I wanted to be in the business and why I would be a good fit for the company. Overall was a very fair and friendly process.
