I applied online. I interviewed at Sendlane (San Diego, CA)
Interview
4 interviews. 1 recruiter, 1 with manager, 1 with a peer, final interview with the VP.
Asked mostly project based questions and the interviewers were friendly. Process moved quickly from job application to hiring
4 part interview process with the standard screening call, a zoom interview with the hiring manager, a zoom interview with their manager, and then a zoom meeting with the team and some other random employees.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Sendlane in Nov 2022
Interview
I applied online and then also reached out to interviewers on linkedin. i received a response from one of the leaders on linkedin that they were impressed that i reached out to them there and was offered an interview. i was interviewing with about 5 other companies at the time, all were moving forward very quickly. the first interview was fine but it seems like a very male-dominated company with lots of high energy. I got through the first interview fine, and was given a few assignments to finish within a 24-48ish hour period. I was too busy and had other prospects i was more interested in so I ended up emailing them and declining to move forward. a month later I received an email telling me that they have decided to move forward with other candidates instead of me and i will not be offered an initial interview--LOL.
