It was a 4 stage interview 1: meet and greet with a recruiter 2: Techincal questions about the background 3: Cultural fit and general questions about which position 4: On-site, 3 interviews with various people in the business and a presentation that required quite a lot of preparation (20+ hours) and no information about what is being evaluated.
