Interview
First interview went well.
The second interview, she really didn't ask many questions and didn't have much to add regarding the approach. She gave the impression that I was more a threat to her position.
The interview process was communicated openly and fair expectations were set early in the process. You work your way up the chain over a few interviews and get an accurate gauge of the company you are potentially joining.

Dave Napolitano was really nice to me. Promised he will reach out to me after the first interview and never did. Company and Dave seemed really cool, but ghosting tells a lot about the company too.
