A month and a half waste of time. I am a highly recognized risk expert and when they called the first thing they asked about was money and said they wanted to move quickly. The interview was a day later and the second and third rounds right after. They even asked for my references. At the interview I was not asked one risk question, but I was asked extensively how I would build the department. Told me that they would like me know in two weeks, when I asked after two weeks they said it would take longer with no time frame. What was interesting is that another candidate contacted me on linkedin and said he wanted to speak to me. He interviewed as well and when the person had to leave the room he walked over and looked at his notes. He said he saw my name, and the words next to it said "most experienced candidate, high skilled but we want someone less mature." Disappointing in todays age and normally I would do something, but money is not an issue for me. Person interviewing me had a fourth of my experience and his boss has even less. At the end of the day, they never filled the position and what I believe it was a fake posting or they had someone internal that they wanted to hire. A very bad ending that was executed by people who should never be called professionals.
My advice is to stay away from interviewing with this company.
