Phone screener. They only allowed 20 minutes without flexibility, and even stated the number of minutes I would have for each answer. A very robotic experience. Questions were very basic, but I think they only wanted people who had very specific backgrounds and were not willing to explore ways to train people to grow and expand into a role—bad experience for a BIPOC person.
