I submitted my resume in a generic website, one of HR of the company contacted me for an interview. Without any semiconductor experience, I forwarded paper resume to him, but didn't expect in-person interview invitation. But, he invited in-person interview, and I attended. It was 1 to many interview, and I was supposed to present my previous research. For me, I was just practicing interview which may happen in the future, so I did perform with light mind. Still they accepted me for a position.
