If you work in IT, probably you should really consider if your time is worth applying for Semco Maritime. I was invited for a second interview with a technical usecase, I started spending time on designing and working on the assignment, and they send me an email to cancel the interview because "we do not think you would be a match given the tasks and the team". This is so mildly frustrating, I mean we already had the first interview, where I was completely transparent with them, why invite me for a second? Total waste of my time.
