Interview
It was nice, with technical questions about learning new methods, how to deal with stress, how to deal with the clients, and availability. A friendly atmosphere with HR and senior scientists. position was for a jounior level so interview was not that difficult.

Before interview (it was via Zoom) you have to pass a test. You have limited amount of time. It was not simple but also not very difficult. The interviewers were polite and friendly. It helps to feel more comfortable. They asked me reasonable questions.

They asked me about background. Also they would like to know the reason why I would like to quit from my current position. They asked me questions concerning organic chemistry: it is good to know C-C bond formation reaction, reductive amination and ozonolysis.
