Very easy and quick - initial online virtual interview of three questions, followed by an in store group interview. The whole process lasted about 2 weeks and I started a couple of weeks after that.

Met up in selfridges, was meant to be. a group interview then alone but due to timing they did personal interview for about 25 mins, im a big room aloe

Interview
They took us into a room and showed us a video Selfridges during Christmas time and basically the fun of working there, such as the annual award ceremony which was described to be like the 'oscars' for selfridges. They made us do a scenario with everyone (advice for a 16yo girl buring makeup for the first time) and everyone had to contribute. then a 1 on 1 interview with a department manager
