Interview
The interview process for a Java Developer typically involves multiple stages. It begins with an initial HR screening to assess experience, salary expectations, and cultural fit. Next, a technical interview evaluates Java fundamentals, object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and database knowledge. Candidates may also complete a coding test or live coding session. Advanced stages include system design discussions, problem-solving tasks, and behavioral interviews to assess teamwork and communication skills. Some companies conduct a final interview with senior developers or management before making an offer. The process may vary based on experience level and company requirements.

Interview
Easy interview process. Not much needed as interviewing myself so little bit of pressure compared to other interviews. Non-technical, no behavioral questions and no weird questions were asked at all during this interview.
