It was straightforward. The interview process was efficient, with clear communication and timely scheduling. Three structured rounds covered skills, culture fit, and technical depth effectively. Minor delays in feedback, but overall professional and transparent.
It was fairly standard. They wanted to know if I was available, responsible, and dependable. I was, so, they were happy to make an offer. I was happy that they made an offer. Even though, I ultimately had to pass.
A quick 30 minute zoom call with principal and HR representative. Discussed work history, resume, and office culture. Asked questions regarding salary, benefits, work life balance, and expected duties. Process was pleasant and informative.
