Received a text message in response to the job application asking for my availability. First round interview was a call with Human Resources (1/2 hour), second round was in-person 2 person panel (1.5+ hour). Was informed of what next steps would look like and who I would speak with if interviews progressed at end of discussion. It's been almost a month since I interviewed and haven't heard from the company since then. It was a positive experience until the company ghosted me after the in-person interview.
