Interview
This was when the company was still in the famed Search Church! I met with Wil (I doubt he has time for that anymore) and we had coffee nearby. After a few challenging questions, I was asked to present some digital marketing strategies for actual clients. Three team leads plus Wil were in attendance.

didn't even pass the initial recruiter interview. I applied and got a phone call to set up and interview and it was conversational. She responded when I asked why I didn't get the next round so I appreciated that. Don't make the same mistake I did and ask about all the negative glassdoor reviews!

She asked how I used AI in my current role in SEO - thought it was a trick question, turns out thats why I didn't get the job because I don't harness its potential enough!

loved interviewing with Seer, Lauren genuinely cares about potential candidates and panel interview was great approach to technical interview, 4 interviews, (intro call, tech interview, panel interview, director interview). Competitive to get interview but very transparent throughout the process and provide feedback if you aren't selected which many companies wont do
