Seedify.fund interview questions

The process consisted of two rounds over video call within a span of two weeks. The first was a 30 minute introductory call and the second an hour long technical interview. Very standard questions and interviewer was good. Subsequently, I received a contract to sign ASAP two weeks after the second interview, asking me to start in 6 days. The contract being the worst I'd ever read, I asked for changes and a salary to match, since the contract was much lower than I asked for. They offered to up the salary and decrease the bonus. For all other issues, they would not change to contract, but offered to explain that "we don't actually work like that". Their representative who reached out to me was really bad at communicating. Red flags all around, I declined.
