      Internal Auditor Interview

      8 Jun 2012
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Dubuque, IA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sedgwick (Dubuque, IA) in Sept 2011

      Interview

Interviews consist of all the same questions always, behavioral. If you are given an interview and do not get the position you will know what questions they are going to ask for your next interview. When you are interviewing it is frustrating because the interviewer is only looking at the paper they are writing on and they do not supply you any eye contact, rude if you ask me.

      Interview questions [2]

      Question 1

Give me an example of a time when you had to make a decision and there were 2 different options. Which one did you choose and why? What was the outcome?

      Question 2

If you disagree with your manager's decision or opinion what action do you take? What response do you expect from the manager and why?
