Oh my God, where do I begin? The process took a WHILE.
There are 4 steps:
1. 1st email reply from the team
2. 1st interview with the team (heads of department)
3. Psychometric evaluation (IQ testing, interview with a psychologist, etc., took approximately 3 hours with other candidates there)
4. 2nd interview with the heads of department with their final offer. They will typically try to lowball you at this stage, at least in my experience.
I understand budgets are a thing, but it's almost as if they are just trying to pay you as little as possible. Also, they usually won't list a salary range when they post job openings online.
