Phone interview followed by in-person meetings. Leadership is very honest about how difficult it can be to work at a startup. It is not a glamorous lifestyle in the early stages, and hopefully the honesty in the interview process makes people aware that changes/pivots come with startup life. If you just want a paycheck, it is made clear this is not somewhere you should work. Most roles have a 60-90 day period to prove yourself. Work hard, and you will be rewarded.
