I applied online and got a call two days later to set up a phone screen. (Phone interview) after about 30 minutes the interviewer said my info would be passed to the hiring manager. I got a call a few days later to set up a face to face interview. That interview was in panel form with 3 people in the room asking questions and taking notes on responses.
