Was very free and open. Asked about background and we figured out how i could apply my previous sales experience. Basic Q&A. All really open dialog. I had already spoken to them over the phone and it was more of a basic meeting. Informal.

Phone interview, in person, attendance of sales revenue meeting, meet with the COO, then meet with potential team members, shadow what they do on a day to day. Plan to be in the office for 1/2 day. Its important to the COO and CEO that you see the work environment and have you meet everyone
