They bring you in and seat you in a small conference room. In my case, there were two women who came in at the same time, each had a packet of papers and they would take turns asking the questions. I honestly have to say that I do not regret not being offered a position, because the people I interacted with while I was there either looked stressed and frustrated, or they gave off that vibe of "I'm a manager and I can make someone's life hell if I decide I don't like them."
