Role was for a senior java developer. The project manager called for phone interview (initial screening), then in person interview on site. There were two interviewers. They connected through Hired.com.

Q: All the question was asked around current job. They wanted to see one use case of the project you are working on.
Q: They asked questions based on your reply. For example, if you mention you have worked on a project with Micro services, they will ask couple of question specific to Micro Services
