The process consisted of a couple of interviews followed by informal chats with leadership and other key team members team members to get to know the team and the personalities of those that would be working with before joining

Mix of technical and personality questions (including learning about me as a human!)
Casual, open conversation style but professionally conducted. Went through 3+1 interview rounds with various team members, including HR, peers, direct reports and managers. The company was very communicative and responsive throughout the process. Overall, a positive experience.
