They were very polite and tried to create an interview experience that was relaxed yet professional.

They did not ask any question that was unexpected. They asked questions like tell us about yourself that we cannot read from your resume. They asked, how would you handle specific situations. They really asked questions that got at the type of person you are and how you would fit within their company.
