Interview
I gave interviews in April 2025.
After an initial 30-minute conversation with the BI Manager, I was invited to a second-round interview with five team members. Following that, I was asked to schedule a third-round interview, which took place on a Monday. At the conclusion of that interview, I was informed that the team would reconvene later that afternoon and provide an update by that Friday.
Since then, several weeks have passed without any communication or decision. I followed up twice to inquire about the status, but I have yet to receive any response. Given the time and effort invested in the interview process, the lack of follow-up is disappointing and unprofessional.

Interview
Pretty straight forward, about 5-6 interviews in total including conversations with the over all team 1 on 1. A lot of different personalities to manage so it was a bit tiring preparing all of the responses. CEO was a bit tone death as he went on a slight rant about not believing in new age practices like work life balance. Immediately had my spidey sense and saw that as a red flag. Sounded like he’d be a tough person to work under as he expects you to dedicate your whole week to work it seems since he said working weekends is important sometimes.

Position is remote and so was interview. Executives conducted the interview and it was job appropriate. I was able to ask all questions and felt well-informed about the company and the position.
