Quite cumbersome and slow. It took a long time to get back and when they did, the process was not quite forthcoming.They request a lot of information and advice. Cultural fit was more tested than any other field.

I got a call after applying to come for an interview, another call came few days after the first interview requesting me to attend a second interview. I got an offer after that
