Interviewer asks basic questions and asks why u switch job .i told them i have 12 plus years experience and i worked with client on multiple locations so i added all client name not companies. But he didn't understand and more over 1 hour of technical interview i did and in end they said we have hired another candidate. So if u already hired another candidate then why u wasted my time for interviewing me. They dont have any process. Its a cmmi level 5 company but not transparent company .SO my overall experience is very bad.. Its my personal experience
