Sears Java Production Support interview questions

A consultancy called me and sent an invite via email for the process. When I reached there after travelling for around 2 hours across the city, I was informed that the drive was cancelled. The consultancy was not informed about cancellation Waste of time and money. Happened once before as well where they wrote all different requirements in JD, and interviewed for entirely different skills. Worst management in hiring. Their systems don't work when you sit for the online test in their office. Don't know how they are even running the company
