Called in for interview by Sears HR. After checking in with HR I was directed for a one-on-one meeting with the Warehouse Lead. Passing that interview, I was then directed to a one-on-one with the Store Manager. Passing that last interview with the Store Manager, I was directed back to HR to set up my drug testing and background checks.

Very quick interview did a drug test did a background check everything came back super fast as soon as everything came back I was ready to work over there. They got me a warehouse job and A prepared me for everything I needed to know to start the job I felt very prepared

The interview went well but the minimum wage made me think twice on whether I should work for Sears and the hiring manager was nice in the interview but once hired became evil

Interview
It was quick and to the point, they brought me in, I talked to the HR person for most of the interview and then went and talked to the warehouse manager for a little bit. I also met with the supervisor that I would be working beneath.
