The interview process was pretty decent and easy to navigate. They will ask questions about job history etc. what’s your strengths and or weaknesses are and how well you work on a team. They will also check references.

Very easy and so straight forward with a level of desperation that only a sears employee would be able to understand. Questions were asked and answered. Interview process was so very full of questions and answers
The interview process was in a mall and it was a group interview, mainly just asked previous experience and wanted to know work availability/transport. They did not seem super harsh
