Done over the phone with a recruiter, and then brief interview with sales manager. We spent about 20 minutes together, and then I was offered the position. The whole process from start to finish was about 45 minutes.

1:1 interview, I talked to two managers, they both asked about my background, my experience with sales, computers, and customer service. They warned me that driving.. a lot of driving will be part of the process.
