Very relaxing and easy going. One on one based interview. Saw the store and department I would be working in. Met co workers. Overall very simple process. Easy questions and pass a drug test and could start right away.

Interview
The first part was great...the follow up a bit shaky. The background dept. is out of country, English is a second language.
Multiple phone calls a 3 weeks of back and forth on one error was very frustrating. I had to finally go over their heads to straighten out.
I was not bad, don't remember a lot, it was 14 years ago. Most of it was basic HR information. The interviewer was pretty nice, and it didn't take long for me to get the job.
