1st round - behavioral/screener (expect classic behaviorals) 2nd round - technical project breakdown, take 1 project and describe as much detail, also expect hypotheticals in your field my application has been put on an indefinite pause because leadership does not know what they want for this role and couldn't schedule 15 minutes of their time to chat in the 3rd or 4th round of the interview process. Was ghosted for multiple weeks just to be told no after passing the technical. Overall exhausting.
