The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Seamless
Interview
Met with some very nice people, very professional. This company knows who they need to hire..I think. You meet with recruiter, then VP of Sales, then a sales pitch. The script that they give you for the sales pitch is loaded with typos, and unclear information. Anyways you’ll pitch, get candid feedback, but they want you to perfect the pitch which..I’ve never met anyone who nails a pitch for a product on the first time through.
Seems like a lot of effort for an average base salary. Great product though!
Recruiting interview. Then to the Sales Director where you pitch your current platform. Followed up by quick meeting with final manager. Not too hard. Have to prepare and be able to sell yourself.
I applied online. I interviewed at Seamless in Jan 2025
Interview
Had a great conversation with the initial recruiter and was given a run down of what the next interview would entail with CRO Mikey Hopkins. After spending a good significant time prepping beforehand, practicing my pitch, and following the tips I received from the recruiter, it was finally time for the next interview. After our intros, Mikey Hopkins proceeded to ask me two basic questions and then quickly turned it around to me for any questions I might have after a mere 8 minutes from the start of our meeting. (Mind you he was also a couple minutes late joining in) Mikey gave me very brief one sentence answers to my questions, and it was pretty evident by his demeanor that this was not going anywhere. Thank you for wasting my time.
The interview was a basic phone call. I was rushed through my answers and the interviewer didn't wait for a full answer to gain full insight on my strengths and situation.
