They want to ask software engineering questions to improve their understanding of programming, databases, system design, DevOps, application development, debugging, deployment, and industry best practices. Their goal is to learn how to build reliable, scalable, and efficient software solutions while improving their technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.

Interview
First Phone HR interview. One month later, they mailed me for an on site interview. The interview was at Charlotte. Had two rounds , HR and technical. Each round was one hour long. Two members were there in the panel. They were very cool. They asked my projects and previous experiences.
