I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Seagate Technology (Cupertino, CA) in Oct 2011
Interview
Took less than a month, met with HR, Manager of department and members of the team.
They were concerned with ability to manage multiple projects/accounts under stressful moments of financial periods along with fluidity on Excel.
Much less metrics driven, more customer service

Question 1
Do you understand how to use V-lookup and formulas on Excel?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Seagate Technology (California City, CA) in Feb 2024
Interview
The interview process was easy. They were interested in my experience and why I wanted to work in this field. There were only a couple of situational questions. There was a phone screen from recruiter, a 1x1 with the hiring manager, the manager of that dept, and a panel interview with the team. They mentioned the turnover was high and they were looking to fill the roll immediately. They were unclear what the role would even consist of. However, I felt it was disappointing and not respectful to send an automated message from the recruiting team saying they pursued other candidates after taking me to the final rounds of interview. I would’ve appreciated an email from an actual person stating why I wasn’t chosen. Really a waste of effort and time.
