There were 2 rounds, shortlist was done directly without any assessment test followed by technical round and then HR round. The questions in technical round were quite simple related to linked list, stack using array, recursion and some time to talk about the projects.

2 rounds of interviews, both with members of the team I would be working with. Process was quick and painless. It was for a entry level position, on-site so the competition wasn't as tough as it is out there today.

Very comfortable atmosphere created for the interview. Questions are in the format of a test. Questions were provided to do some coding and interviewers left the room to ease the pressure. Interviewers also provide help during course of the interview with regards to prompting. If answer was along right path you could sense the acceptance from the interviewers which provided encouragement and confidence when completing the question
