For the first stage, candidates were required to undergo a few tests. The first couple were tests that assess the candidate's attention to details, arithmetic aptitude and problem solving skills. The final test was a combination of the first few tests with additional questions on candidate's computing skills (Excel, SQL, data management software) Didn't get through the second stage
