The interview was a compentency based interview. I had a panel of three people interviewing whom had 3 to 6 each to ask me. I found it difficult coming up with some examples of the star method for some questions.

3 person panel comprised of 2 SPFA members and 1 Recruiter. Interview length approx 45 minutes asking question on the competencies outlined in the job spec. Some questions asked about tasks involved in the job not mentioned in job spec.
