There was a phone interview followed by an onsite. Everyone I met with was friendly and transparent about the positions and the duties I would be expected to take ownership of. I did not feel like my time was improperly used at any time.

Prequalifying questions sent via email, 30 minute phone screen a few days later, two hour in person interview with project portion and meet the team portion a week later. It is a very thorough process and meeting the team was vital to my confidence in switching employers.
