Just like an ordinary interview really. Definitely need to know customer services and supervisor experience is ideal. The interview itself will only take about 20 to 30 mins. They will show you the store and meet some of the team. This happens normally after the interview however it really depends on who is doing your interview.

They asked me standard customer service questions but also supervisor based questions that only people in customer service would only really know the answer to
welcoming and helpful , asked good but challenging questions and i got the job. Looking forward to my first shift. I’m a bit nervous but sure they will train me well

Fairly chilled & straight forward. Asked a few questions about yourself, experience, availability etc.
Told about the job role & what it entailed.
Given a tour of the warehouse & met all the staff.
