HR reached out to me. I wrote a sample. I interviewed with my would-be direct boss, which went well, and then they sent me an offer. The offer was too low for me to accept.

Question 1
They asked me to talk about the types of shows I watch, and whether I would like to write about only broadcast TV or a combination of broadcast and streaming. They also asked about my experience in the industry.
Was asked questions regarding my knowledge on the desk I was applying for. The training following was much more extensive. The interview was all via correspondence and a back and forth of writing capability.
