I applied online. I interviewed at Scrawlr Development Inc. in Apr 2026
Interview
I was sent an online personality test with 3 parts: Optimism, Personality Style & Big 5. The test takes approximately 30 - 45 mins to complete. The questions were nonsensical and multiple choice with usually only a choice between two answers - neither of which you are likely to agree with.
After more than a month I had still received no response or even a confirmation of receipt of my completed test. I reached out to the email provided twice - no response. I tried calling the company by phone but they never pick up. I even reached out to alleged employees on linked in to enquire as to my application but there was no reply from them either.
I don't think this is a real company. If you visit their website it's incredibly amateurish and they don't seem to have any actual product. I believe it's some sort of scam operation and the linkedIn profiles are all fake.
The email provided in the test wasn't even from Scrawlr is was from someone at "Stalwart Insurance".
I don not recommend anyone fall for their non-existent job postings. Especially don't bother doing the test - they won't reply.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
"You and your spouse/partner have been fighting a great deal."
They sent me a 30–45 minute personality test. After completing it, there was no response, not even acknowledgement of receipt. Incredibly rude to demand time of someone and take no time of their own to respond. Also personality tests, particularly this one, are a ridiculous way to filter people out.

Interview
Was given a personality test before speaking with any one.
It consisted of three parts, the first part had only two options to pick for an answer so it was very odd and you are forced to choose one even if the answer seemed ridiculous.
I didn't pass this test and when I asked for the reason I didn't get any response back, just a generic email saying I didn't pass and they aren't moving on with my application.
