I felt the interview went pretty well, but I didn’t end up getting it. Afterward, the panel gave feedback saying I didn’t have a specific skill they were looking for. This was surprising since I actually do have that skill, and it is listed on my CV. It’s a shame they didn't ask a question about it, especially if it was crucial to the role.
The questions were quite rigid and there wasn’t much space for an open conversation. The panel were not very inquisitive, they didn't ask any extra questions after I had answered.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Scout Store (Lancing, England)
Interview
The interview was very generic, I think the questions were provided by HR as they didn't really relate to the job description. The interviewers were nice enough but it felt like it was a chore for them, they didn't seem excited about employing someone new for their team.
They didn't ask many questions about my experience and skills.
Strangely, they asked a lot of questions about team dynamics and conflict resolution.
