I met with the manager, he asked me about 10 questions, we vibed well and that was it. They were open to me not having much serving experience before, as I explained I am a fast learner

Interview
Interview was awkward. Manager really didn’t know what questions to ask. A lot of misunderstood information about how the store operated and what daily tasks were at slow periods in the day.
The interview process was fairly easy. I got a call back within the next couple days after applying to set up an interview. The interview lasted less than 15 minutes before they offered me the position. However, getting ahold of a manager to get my schedule was very difficult and frustrating.
